I have been travelling around the world and these are the best places for seeing wildlife that I know.
Wales
I loved Wales because of the dolphins and seals. Even though I didn’t see any dolphins I saw lots of pictures and I knew they were there somewhere. Wales is a really good place to go sea fishing and it was my first time. We caught mackerel and gurnard and it was a beautiful sunny day. And you can see puffins and harbour porpoises off the coast of West Wales.
Sri Lanka
In Sri Lanka we saw wild elephants right beside the road. It’s really rare to see wild elephants and it was epic. We also saw blue whales! They are the biggest creatures on earth we went a long way out on a small boat to see them. On the way out to see the whales we saw flying fish and dolphins. There were lots of snakes and lizards and we saw one mongoose. There are monkeys everywhere in Sri Lanka including the endangered purple leaf faced monkey.
Guatemala
It was really cool to see the wild coatis in the temperate rain forest of Guatemala. I did not even know that coatis existed until then. We also saw wild squashed tarantula and bullet ants! I first saw bullet ants on Steve Backshall’s TV show.
